"Smart organisations understand that their primary goal is to enhance the performance of their people by investing in ongoing strategic training and development programs plus investment in highly collaborative environments that foster innovation and a responsive learning organization. That's where I come in with my innovative and transformational BP+BE solution" - Chris Aligba #CA
People matter. Environments matter. That's the essence of my Better People (BP) and Better Environments (BE) philosophy as it relates to providing (1) ongoing strategic training & development programs and (2) well-designed and highly collaborative environments, which in turn serves to boost morale, reduce staff turnover, enhance better collaboration, foster an innovative culture and a learning organization, inspire better performance, increase wellness and ultimately, brings about a positive boost in productivity growth. It's a two-pronged approach I call the 'BP+BE Way'.
Over two hectic but rewarding weeks not too long ago, a certain organization specialized in PVC importation, sales, installation and post-installation services requested for our 'BP+BE' productivity solution. And you bet, we speedily obliged. After undertaking and completing the due diligence/needs analysis, we were appointed to provide a customized service-delivery workshop to cater for the training needs of the entire workforce of about thirty-four employees PLUS design consultancy, project management and construction services (following our recommendations).
By virtue of its unusual phasing requirements, the two-pronged project presented us with some demanding logistics requirements. Armed with a simplified churn management matrix, we effectively mobilised manpower, sub-contractors and equipment while the scope of work was carried out, and still delivered each phase on time.
I proudly share my journey with you...
Why am I sharing this update with you? Because I think that every would-be client should be looking to partner with us for our specialist 'BP+BE' services that simplifies the process, enhances better collaboration, improves productivity and maximises cost-efficiency. You should really have a good look at some of our totally satisfied clients' projects, reference sites and case studies to appreciate the impact of our work (now being uploaded to our website).
While we remain resolutely committed to providing strategic training programs and better environments or spaces that are not only efficient but collaborative, flexible, innovative and productive, what's important is that you get the same enthusiasm and quality of service - whether your project is small or big. In the end, I know that the #CA brand will be judged by the things which gives it its unique edge, namely: over a decade experience, customised and innovative training programs, ingenious design solutions, simplified procurement route, unified teams of specialists, whatever it takes attitude, highly motivated #SuperTeamCA, client-for-life-culture and value for money philosophy.
Thus, how can the workplace support all of the different activities involved with knowledge work – things like collaboration, creativity, innovation, deep thinking and mentorship? In response to this, we highly recommend our very practical, holistic, stimulating, innovative and enduring 'BP+BE' solution. Talk to us!
